In response to Zimmerlink has nerve..... 's message:
Zimmerlink has nerve Zimmerlink has a lawsuit against the Vince's for having meetings and not including her. This lawsuit is costing the taxpayers! She has been seen (laughing and having a good time) meeting with the Kriss's behind their place of business at 6:30 in the morning! These are the people, who conveniently, have a similar lawsuit against the county and the airport. This lawsuit is costing the taxpayers! She is supposed to be a representative of this county and she is having early morning meetings with people that are SUING THE COUNTY!!! Why didn't she invite the Vince's to that meeting???? How much involvement does she have with the people that were also involved in the lawsuit against the county from their neighbors? Makes you wonder! Just sayin'!
what make me wonder is, who is paying you to get on this site and badmouth her?

People...wake up and smell the coffee burning!!!! This is an orchestrated effort by the democratic party to control our voting optionss! First they tried hard to get Gearing off of the ballot for primary which was proven to be a Mahoney backed action USING his Republican friends in the Mountains. NOW they are trying to make you believe that the fat boy is a better choice for the REPUBLICAN candidate than Gearing. BELIEVE me, this is nothing but the ugliest of local politics. Shame on Mahoney and shame on Danny. Just shows he has no depths to which he will not stoop.
Methinks "Danny Boy" protests too much like the guy who says "it's not about the money" when everyone knows it's all about the money. Don't know why Danny Boy has a problem with bro running for office but obviously, he does. Airing petty jealousy? Dan - didn't your mother teach you better?

Task force seizes 5 pounds of marijuana Does this Detective work for South Connellsville Police department?? A Latrobe man caught with several pounds of marijuana is in jail following a sting operation conducted by the Fayette County Drug Task Force. Marc J. McCullough, 26, of 102 Arbor Drive faces multiple charges as a result of the undercover buy, which occurred Tuesday night in the parking lot of a business on Route 119 in Dunbar Township. Task force Detective Christopher Kozlowski said 5 pounds of marijuana were seized. According to Kozlowski, a confidential informant he worked with called him earlier Tuesday saying McCullough was attempting to sell the informant the marijuana. Kozlowski said the transaction was scheduled to occur in the business parking lot, with McCullough telling the informant he would be driving a red Honda Accord. The informant met McCullough in the parking lot around 9 p.m. Kozlowski said McCullough parked his vehicle next to the informant's vehicle. McCullough, according to Kozlowski, allegedly carried a white plastic bag containing the 5 pounds of marijuana from his vehicle and put it in the informant's vehicle on the back seat. Kozlowski said task force detectives then moved in to apprehend McCullough, who was placed under arrest without incident. Task force detectives Brian Harvey, Thomas Patton and Pat Ruff and Connellsville police Officer Dan Sherbinsky assisted Kozlowski with the sting operation. Kozlowski said McCullough was read his rights and that he then admitted he planned to sell the marijuana for about $5,000. Fayette County Drug Task Force Detective Ryan Reese said five pounds of marijuana, depending on quality, has a street value between $5,000 and $10,000. Marijuana is usually sold to users in packages of one-eighth ounces each. Five pounds of marijuana is the equivalent of about 600 individual drug sales. Fayette County District Attorney Jack R. Heneks Jr., who oversees the task force, said Tuesday's drug bust again shows that drug trafficking is a serious problem that must be dealt with. "I want to commend Detective Kozlowski and the other members of the drug task force, as well as the Connellsville Police Department, for their work on this case. This shows we have to be aggressive in our efforts at combating drug trafficking in Fayette County," Heneks said. Heneks said 5 pounds of marijuana is a significant amount that will now be kept off the streets. "Obviously, this isn't your average street dealer, but an intermediate dealer attempting to sell a large amount of marijuana. Our task force detectives are doing a great job of nabbing these drug dealers who are bringing substances into our county," Heneks said. McCullough was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver following Tuesday's drug bust. He was arraigned on the charges Tuesday night and placed in Fayette County Prison after failing to post bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Dec. 2 before Magisterial District Judge Ronald J. Haggerty Jr. The task force is comprised of officers from several local police departments in Fayette County. Supervised by Assistant District Attorney Mark Brooks, the county's chief drug prosecutor, the task force is responsible for investigating drug violations throughout the county and following through with the prosecution of each violation. Anyone wishing to report illegal drug activity can call the Fayette County Drug Task Force hotline number at 724-415-3100. All people giving tips will remain anonymous.
What was failed to be mentioned was the pill dealer who set the entire sting up. Yes 5 lbs of weed was taken off the streets, that is great to hear. However, pills kill more people than weed. But the guy caught with 250 oxy pills was set to walk free bc he set someone else up? Sounds odd to me.
